Music of Vojislav Ivanović, a world-renowned guitarist and composer, has been described by critics as "superbly written" and "indescribable but indescribably delicious". His original style, that combines elements of classical, traditional and jazz music, is said to have "an organic plasticity to it that expresses hundred percent life experience"! Along with Aleksandra Ivanović and her exceptionally sensitive expression, Levante Guitar Duo performances are poised, lyrical and the interplay between the two seems almost telepathic (Scott Collins "Guitar-Muse").

Levante Guitar Duo has a unique repertoire of Vojislav's original music and arrangements – impressions of jazz, traditional and classical standards, specially written for the duo. It is all-trough composed but at times improvised. Within the tonal world of classical guitar and its heritage this music exploits influences of diverse musical styles, both from the east and the west, creating new “Levantine” entity.
