Ana Cvetkovic-Stojnic is a promising young lyric-coloratura soprano from Belgrade.

Her first engagement was in the German State Opera House in Coburg where she built her repertoire in 15 different roles. In her most successful roles as Lakmé, Violetta Valéry, Musetta, Konstanze and Sophie from Strauss ‘Rosenkavalier’, Ana earned wonderful feedback and reviews from the public and the German press. Her Konstanze was recognised by the Glyndebourne Festival who invited Ana to cover the role of ''Glyndebourne Tour'' from December-January 2015/16. She guests in Staatsoperette Dresden, Opernhaus Chemnitz, Fürth, Erlangen and Kammeroper Köln. Check the complete biography here.

One of the things by which she stands out in the opera world, besides her great talent, is her musical background. She started her education with the violin, and later she continued to nourish her voice in Mokranjac music school, voice department. At the same time, she enrolls the Ballet secondary school ‘Lujo Davico’, at the special department for traditional songs and dances from Balkan. All of this will later result in her presence on Belgrade concert scene and devotion in promoting Serbian music. Because of the legerity of her singing, the renowed composer Zoran Hristic wrote the leading vocal line of his piece, just for her voice.

The critics say that Ana’s interpretation of Lakme gives you goosebumps! We are sure that the audience in Japan had a similar experience when she made her professional debut touring as Micaela in Bizet’s opera "Carmen". Check it out.
